✅ Preparation Before Your Cleaning

To ensure the best results and protect your property:

• Remove vehicles and valuables from the driveway, garage, and cleaning areas.

• Close all windows and doors securely to prevent water intrusion.

• Keep pets and children indoors during service for safety.

• Cover outdoor electronics or delicate items if they are within 10 feet of the wash zone.

• Trim nearby plants or bushes that may obstruct access to cleaning areas.

If you have any special requests or areas of concern, please inform our team before your scheduled appointment — we’ll take extra care.

💧 Our Service Policy

We stand behind our work and your satisfaction:

• Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not 100% happy, contact us within 15 days, and we’ll re-clean the area for free.

• Weather Policy: For safety and quality, services may be rescheduled in case of heavy rain, lightning, or extreme wind.

• Surface Sensitivity: Our technicians are trained to adjust pressure and technique for each material — from soft roof tiles to concrete.

• Same-Day Promise: If you booked our Emergency Same-Day Wash, we’ll arrive within your guaranteed time window or your next cleaning is on us.

🕒 Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand plans change — please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service to cancel or reschedule.

• Same-day cancellations may incur a $50 fee to cover crew dispatch costs.

• Repeated same-day cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

After-Care & Maintenance

To keep your home or business shining longer:

• Avoid walking or parking on freshly cleaned surfaces for at least 1 hour.

• Avoid watering plants directly near treated surfaces for 24 hours.

• You’ll receive a short video summary with “before & after” footage for your records.

We’ll also include a care guide and an optional reminder to book your next maintenance service — because a clean home is a happy home.
