General Terms

 • Service Agreement: By booking a service, you authorize JET to perform exterior cleaning (including pressure washing, soft washing, or related services) on your property.

 • Access & Preparation: The customer must provide reasonable access to water and electricity (if required) and ensure all vehicles, furniture, and fragile items are moved before service.

 • Weather Conditions: Services may be postponed in case of lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe weather. We will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time.

 • Safety & Property: Our technicians are trained professionals who follow all safety protocols. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, improper paint adhesion, loose materials, or hidden defects.

 

Payment Terms

 • Payment Due: Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payments.

 • Late Payments: Outstanding balances beyond 15 days may incur a 5% late fee.

 • Returned Payments: A $25 processing fee will be applied for any returned checks or failed transactions.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee.

 • Same-day cancellations may result in a $50 cancellation fee to cover crew dispatch costs.

 • Rescheduling requests must be communicated directly to our office or by phone/text to confirm new availability.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

We proudly stand behind our work.

If you’re not completely satisfied with the results, simply contact us within 15 days of service, and we’ll return to make it right — at no extra cost.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover oil stains, oxidation, or buildup that cannot be removed due to age, surface wear, or material limitations.

 

Liability & Damages

 

JET is fully insured and licensed in the state of Florida.

While our team takes every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for:

 • Pre-existing damage, loose surfaces, or paint chipping;

 • Electrical or mechanical malfunctions (e.g., lighting fixtures, outlets, cameras, fans);

 • Water intrusion through improperly sealed areas, vents, or windows;

 • Plant or landscape damage from pre-existing sensitivity to detergents or pressure.

Property Owner Responsibility

 

The property owner (or authorized agent) must:

 • Provide access to all areas included in the service;

 • Inform JET of any special concerns (e.g., fragile materials, electrical outlets, coating types);

 • Ensure that pets, children, and valuables are safely away from the cleaning area during service.

 

Media & Marketing Consent

 

By accepting service, you grant JET permission to capture before-and-after photos or videos of your property for documentation and marketing purposes.

We never share personal information, addresses, or identifiable customer data without consent.

If you prefer to opt out, please notify us prior to service.

 

Force Majeure

 

JET shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, weather events, accidents, or acts of God.

 

Modifications to Terms

 

JET reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our official website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
